Tomato, chilli and coriander salsa

Ingredients
200gms ripe or canned tomatoes chopped
1 small red onion chopped
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
1 teaspoon of finely chopped red chili
2 tablespoons of fresh coriander (I have used packet and it tastes fine)
2 tablespoons virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon ground cumin (optional)
salt and pepper

Method
1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
