Snacks and treats

This has proved the most challenging in our dairy free world – however we now have some great snacks. When having a group of people over we have had surprising success with club sandwiches – we just did white bread, olivani and smoked salmon and white bread, ham, tomato and lettuce with the crusts cut off and they were so popular we had to make more! Other snacks we like include:

- juicy red pesto dip

- Abe bagel crips with Thai coriander dip and sundried tomatoes
- Gingerbread men
- Lemon tart
- Strawberry custard tart
- Chocolate dipped strawberries (best with a glass of champagne!)
- Arnotts ginger nuts and nice biscuits
- Kea chocolate chip and anzac biscuits
- Rice crackers and hummus
- Healtheries potato sticks
- Potato chips
- Fruit sticks
- Pita crisps/plain nacho chips and salsa

- Guacamole
- Asparagus rolls (if you are feeling retro)
