Cottage pie

Ingredients
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 kg minced beef
1 onion chopped
1 carrot chopped
1 celery stick chopped
1 tablespoon thyme
2 cups beef stock
1 tablespoon worchestershire sauce
120 mls tomato paste
1/2 cup frozen peas


About 10 potatoes mashed


Preparation
1. Heat oil, add mince and onion and cook til browned.
2. Add carrot, celery, thyme, stock, sauce and paste and simmer 30 minutes.
3. Add peas and cook uncovered for 10 minutes.
4. Top with mashed potatoes and bake uncovered in oven at about 180 celsius for about 30 minutes.
